Wrinkles are a part of growing older that we have to accept.
Simple things we do everyday can contribute to the development of wrinkles. If you spend a significant amount of time outdoors, your skin may prematurely wrinkle due to damage from ultra violet rays or pollution and other environmental elements. Greeting people with your smiling face and squinting to read can also contribute to wrinkles in the eye area. Crow’s feet are probably the most common form of wrinkles in this area, but the skin in this area can also start to sag and form wrinkles under the eyes. The eye area is very delicate and it is wise to use a product formulated to work in this delicate area.
Cellex-C Eye Contour Gel is a product formulated for wrinkle reduction in the eye area. This product is very fluid and quickly absorbed into the skin. What makes Cellex-C such a grand product for wrinkle reduction is what it uses to treat the skin. Cellex-C contains bioflavonoids, which are water-soluble and penetrate the layers of the skin to promote elasticity. Bioflavanoids also protect your skin from oxygenated cells called free radicals that can cause wrinkles. Cellex-C also contains zinc and a form of vitamin C, two well-known elements for healing.
While Cellex-C is effective for treating wrinkles in the eye area, it won’t do so at an accelerated pace. This is because it works at such a low level that you don’t see the results of its work until new skin cells reach the surface of the skin. The skin’s process of generating new skin cells takes anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks. Cellex-C is appropriate to use in the eye area, but you do not want to apply it to the upper part of your eyelid. Doing so could result in eye injury.
